Project Renovation Background:
We were approached by a company in the oil extraction equipment industry in Beijing, China, to build their first all-electric heavy-duty drilling rig, marking a decisive step towards zero carbon emissions. 

Success Stories:
1、F-1600 Mud pump set: 
Equipped with 4 PUMBAAEV 300KW permanent magnet synchronous motors, driving the mud pump through mechanical coupling, the construction of Wei 349-Ping 2 well of Zhongyuan Petroleum Engineering Drilling Company No. 1 has been completed. 

2、1000HP winch drive:
It is equipped with three PUMBAAEV 300KW permanent magnet synchronous motor powertrains, adopts the integrated design of permanent magnet motor and four-speed gearbox, and drives the JC40DB winch through mechanical coupling, which is currently debugged on site with the 40DB drilling rig of Sinopec Machinery Fourth Machinery Company.

3、4x300KW Permanent Magnet Generator Set:
Equipped with 4 sets of PUMBAAEV 300KW permanent magnet synchronous generator sets and rectifier devices, DC grid-connected, the construction of Wei 349-Ping 2 well of Zhongyuan Petroleum Engineering Drilling Company No. 1 has been completed.
